Challecious Music respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from our users. Music on this platform is published with appropriate rights or for promotional purposes. We take copyright seriously and respond to valid takedown requests.
Filing a takedown request
If you believe content on Challecious Music infringes your copyright, send a written notice to corneliouschibale1@gmail.com including all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL (or song title) of the material on Challecious Music you want removed.
- Your contact information — name, email address, and a phone number if possible.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your signature (typed is fine).
What happens next
We aim to review and respond to valid takedown notices within 48 hours. If the request is valid, we remove or disable access to the material promptly.
Counter-notices
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address explaining why, and we’ll review it.
